Take your career a step further with this exciting opportunity to join a renowned MNC within the retail industry. The role will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering the training programs/ projects for all levels of staff.
You will develop, organize and maintain an updated database on training programs, manuals and related materials. You will work closely with sales and operation team to analyse the training needs, conduct shop visit and coaching for frontline staff. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and recommend changes to enhance staff performance in achieving the goals of the organization.
To be a successful candidate, you must possess a Degree in any relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience in training and development within the retail sector. You must have excellent communications, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you should also have good time management and project management skills.
