Position: Temp Admin Assistant (3 months)

 

Responsibilities:

· Filing

· Any other paper work as assigned

· Assist HR & Purchaser when needed

Period:

· 3 months contract (subject to extension)

Working Hours:

· Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.18pm

· Lunch: 12.15pm – 12.45pm (free lunch packets provided on weekdays only)

Breaks: 10am-10.15am, 3am-3.15pm

Location:

· Tuas Area (Transport provided for going back time only)

Salary:

· $1200 – $1300 (Depending on qualifications and experiences)

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a PSLE or equivalent.

· Able to write, read & speak simple English

· Proficient in the use of PC (MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
