- 2 year or more experience performance business analysis and business reporting.
Confidence in managing internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to communicate clear and concise on all levels and facilitation skills within an organization.
Proven track record in pro-actively prioritising tasks and working towards strict deadlines.
Intermediate user of Excel, Ms Office Suite.
Strong detail orientation and focus on quality work product due to the complex and sensitive need for data integrity.
Knowledge of applicable server and desktop operating systems, system management software, programming languages and various products supplied by IT Service Management and Business Objects that make up the ITSM Reporting Environment.
Scope of the work
Create and manage insightful internal reporting to better inform internal stakeholders about risk profiles and to help in the business decision making process.
Provide on-time reporting production and delivery according to Service Level Management and contractual requirements.
Compile, review and consolidate daily, weekly, monthly or ad-hoc reports accordance to contractual requirements.
Create and maintain a reporting catalogue of Managed Services (internal & external) customers.
Follow change management procedures for any report changes and implement approved changes as assigned.
Assist Service Manager to create/ develop service operation reports in accordance to the business requirement
Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly or ad-hoc reports is distributed to the customer with the agreed schedule
Track and report to the Service Manager on the ‘number of event’ which the report owner did not meet the report timeline or quality of the report has dropped
Ensure that the all contractual reports are uploaded to Managed Services Reporting tool within the agreed schedule
Review the report and if any abnormal trend or spike is spotted, to escalate to Service Manager immediately
Prepare and attend monthly performance review with Service Manager
