Key Area of Responsibilities


As our “road warrior”, you shall identify and acquire new customers through regular prospecting or leads. You would have to build and maintain a strong working relationship with existing and new customers to achieve the business targets.


Job Duties

  • Identifies business opportunities from existing customers and prospects; researching and analysing the sales options.
  • Promote and sell our product and services to the customer and prospects.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with customers and prospects by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new solutions; as well as, recommending value adds to them.
  • Handle phone inquiries and follow-up with customers on sales activities.
  • Provide prompt and accurate inquiries and follow up.
  • Identifies product or service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Prepares sales and management reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing the information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to develop effective sales action programs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Job Requirement

  1. A Diploma or Degree Holder with at least 3 years of current sales experience.
  2. Effective presentation and client relationships skills with an emphasis on excellent customer experience.
  3. A highly dynamic person who is highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
  4. A “road warrior” who is keen in prospecting and networking with customers regularly.
