Climb Asia is the market leader for sports climbing and adventure activities in Singapore & the region. We are actively seeking to build an e-commerce store for our range of imported sports climbing products, such as climbing ropes, shoes, carabiners, harnesses, etc. Customers using this cloud based portal are expected to be :
Local consumers and institutional customers
Overseas customers from around Asian region
The ideal candidate would be age 25-35, able to demonstrate experience or keen interest in one or more of the following areas :
a) Set up & running of e-commerce store
b) Content creation
c) Digital advertising
d) Broad knowledge of SEM & SEO
e) Knowledge on the various sport climbing equipment and their application
Key Performance Indicators
Candidate’s performance will be measured in two phases
Phase 1 – Build; the ability to stick to mutually agreed timelines for creation and launch of the website
Phase 2 – Operate; to generate traffic to the site & create sales for merchandise in store
This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Group GM for the Climb Asia group of sport climbing gyms. Our gyms are spread across Singapore, China, Malaysia, Australia, Philippines, with more outlets in the pipeline.

Phase 1 – fixed salary during the build phase
Phase 2 – a combination of fixed salary with variable component based on the sales turnover of the portal. At the end of 24 months, a percentage share will be assigned to the individual upon reaching the mutually agreed targets established in the 12th month.
