We represent a well-established global bank with a strong presence within corporate and investment banking. The strategic growth plan for the future moving forward has a great emphasis on the APAC region, and now has an opportunity for a Compensation Manager, APAC to be part of their organization.
Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with the HR partners, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business through various compensation activities such as annual compensation planning, regional Non-Annual Variable (NAV) compensation processes, conducting salary benchmarking, providing counsel to the business and HR partners on compensation-related matters, and actively participating in projects involving policy reviews and systems development.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a solid experience in compensation strategies within the APAC region, has excellent quantitative analysis skills. You are not only proactive and have strong commerciality; you are also able to excel in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
