Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality of food items prepared in the kitchen.
- Supervise according to the standard recipes and check for taste, temperature and visual appeal
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items
- Good in Sichuan Cuisine
Requirement
- Candidate must at possess good culinary skills
- Candidate must at least 3-5 years’ experience in relevant experience
- Candidate had 3 years’ experience in Sichuan Cuisine is added advantageous
- Able to work in fast pace environment
