Assistant Manager (Contracts)
1. To support on all contractual matters relating to cost and delays with the client and the sub-contractors.
2. To lead the project QS / Contract Team on procurement, sourcing for sub-contractors / suppliers, cost evaluation and interim payment claim and certification to the client and subcontractors / suppliers.
3. Final Account settlement with the client and sub-contractors.
REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience):
Relevant degree holder with minimum 12 year experience preferably experienced with LTA’s MRT projects.
