Responsibilities
- To manage the application & service duties for Metrology products
- To achieve Customers Satisfaction (CS)
- Responsible for domestic & international customer support
o To answer service and applications enquiries
o To visit customers for on-site repairs and applications
o To assist regional customer in installation and samples evaluations
o To collect equipment for in-house repairs
o To attend exhibitions and seminars
o To deliver, set up and dismantle equipment during exhibitions
o To deliver new equipment to customers
o To install and commission new equipment at customers’ sites
o To set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations
o To send faulty parts to vendors for checking and testing
o To coordinate service visits with Principals
o To furnish technical and evaluation information to Principal
o To assist regional customers in product- installations and sample-evaluations
o To provide technical notes and promotional materials for sales
- Application & service administration
o To prepare service quotations and contracts
o To sell and deliver spare parts
o Follow up closely on outstanding debts
o To order spare parts from suppliers

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering
- Possesses knowledge in 3D modelling software (MUST)
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (in Metrology products)
- Must be able to travel to SEA countries for overseas assignments (once per month as average)
- Or candidate with QC knowledge
- Excellent communication skill with customers
- Possesses strong sense of job responsibility and high level of work commitment
