Our client, is a renowned school located in the west.
- Responsible for the office administration & logistical support of the faculty including budgeting, report preparation, expense claims, event coordination, etc
- Be the 1st point of contact with visitors & stakeholders
- To manage & update the contents of the faculty social media platform (eg, blog, website, twitter, etc)
- Any other duties as assigned
- Possess a Diploma or above with at least 3 years of Office Admin experience
- Prior exposure from MNC / mutti-cultural environment is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- IT savvy & strong knowledge of internet / social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Service orientated & strong organizational skills
